Mr. K C Lathesh is Chief Advisor to Leonsmith. He is a technocrat with over 42 Years of experience in the Hot, Warm, and Cold Forging Industry. He worked as CEO/Managing director of MNC. He has studied global forging practices and done technology transfer and implementation in the Indian Forging industry. He introduced good forging practices from Japan, Germany, the USA, Italy, and France.
Worked in various forging industries in India and abroad. He is having 20 years of experience in the Hot and Cold forging Industry. Previously he worked as a vice president in an MNC Company in India. At present, he is heading Leonsmith.
