Hot forging facility equipped with KH 160 Lasco hydraulic hammer and KH 250 Lasco hydraulic hammer. We have designed our forging facilities to meet the dynamic demands by integrating modern technologies into our facilities which are headed by experienced and proficient minds. We are capable of producing the most complex and critical precision-forged parts for the energy sector, construction industry, Hydraulic, Defense, Railway, and Hardware fittings.
High-capacity Cold Punching equipment is used to carry out cold punching where ever required.
Equipped with heat treatment facility to do normalizing after forging.
Inhouse CNC machining facility for a high-quality galvanizing process to meet our customer requirements. It has helped in reducing conversion lead time, Increasing the quality of end products and dependency on CNC vendors.
After forging & OD machining Shotblasting is done to remove scales and make the part surface rough for Galvanizing. Special Shots are used to achieve desired Galvanizing Quality.
Inhouse Hot dip Galvanizing plant with the semi-automated electric furnace for the high-quality galvanizing process to meet our customer requirements. It has helped in decreasing lead time, Increasing the quality of Galvanizing and dependency on other galvanizing vendors.
Inspection is carried out at each process to check parts are ok as per the customer's requirement. Various Gauges, Quality equipment are used to achieve quality end products.
